/SELF PROMOTION STUDIOS/ was started by three friends: Jess, Nicole, and Tiffany. The three of us have always been super-passionate about expressing our personalities and moods through fashion. We love how a chunky pair of boots or a long flowing trench coat or a bold piece of jewelry can perfectly reflect your mood and personality at any given moment and also how changing what you wear can completely transform the version of yourself that you put out into the world 🌎. It is so fascinating how just changing your necklace from something simple to something bold and eye-catching can completely change the look of your entire OOTD 💃.

When we weren't managing our jobs and our families, the three of us used to spend all our free time searching the internet and our local shops for super cool and fun clothes and accessories. That hobby is what brought us together to create Self Promotion Studios during the pandemic. Our plan is to curate a collection of fun accessories that can help you express your personality and can help you promote your self when you're out running through your day! 

We don't post our last names or talk much about ourselves because we all have day jobs that help us pay the bills and unfortunately we can't let our employers find out about this passion project of ours. But we and our website are completely real!

The three of us and our Studio are located in New York City. Every single jewelry piece on our website is in stock in our Studio and ready to ship out the same day you place an order. Every photo of our jewelry pieces is a real photo and not photoshopped. Everything is shipped out fully-insured and with a priority shipping service. All orders are fully trackable from the moment they leave our studio to the moment they reach your doorstep. All payments are securely handled by Shopify. Every jewelry piece you receive will look exactly like what you see on our site. We promise!

We've really tried to create a trusted store with great customer service like the kind we would want to shop at ourselves.

/SELF PROMOTION STUDIOS/ is proudly based in New York City. All our customer service team members are also based in the U.S. All our products are located in the U.S. and ship from two locations: New York City and Chicago. This allows us to offer responsive customer service and super fast shipping.

As long as you follow the care instructions below, the chain and pendant will  maintain their finish and continue to resemble real, shiny gold. 

Fashion Jewelry Care Instructions:

Try to keep the chain and pendant separate from your other jewelry pieces to avoid scratches.Avoid exposure to cosmetics, chemical solutions, water, and soap, which can cause rust or discoloration to develop over time. Most importantly, avoid exposure to perfumes, which can contain lots of different chemicals that are not suited to fashion jewelry. To preserve and enhance shine, you can rub your jewelry with a soft cloth. If the jewelry gets wet, gently dab the piece dry with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth as soon as possible.

Depending on how often you wear your jewelry and how it is cared for, the finish of the pieces could change slightly over time but there will be no tarnishing or discoloration if you follow the care instructions. However, we can tell you that we wear our letter necklaces all-day every-day, and by following the above steps, they all still look pretty much brand new 🤩!

All items ship from our Studio in New York or our from our warehouse in Chicago. Orders placed by 5PM EST will be shipped out the very same day. When you're placing your order, we will provide you with your estimated delivery date. As soon as your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way from our Studio to your doorstep.

All U.S. orders (including to PO/APO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) are shipped free via USPS Priority Mail and are typically delivered within 2 days of being dispatched.

Jewelry is all about fun and we believe shopping for jewelry should be easy too! We really want you to absolutely love every piece you purchase from us and we know that it's impossible to tell if you'll love something you see online until you see it in person and try it on yourself. 

That's why returns for all U.S. orders are completely free, fast, and easy. We have a 60-Day Free Returns policy, which means that from the day you receive your item, you have 60 days to use our pre-paid return label to send it back for a full refund. 

Please be aware that for all international orders, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns but you will still have 60 days to send your items back. To start an international return, you can contact us at team@selfpromotionstudios.com.

Returning your order is super easy. Just click here to start a return.We will email you a pre-paid return label right away. Use it to send your order back to us. We will issue you a full refund as soon as we receive the items back.

That is 100% true. We never charge any restocking ees for returns. All returned orders get full refunds back to the original form of payment.
